The adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s work had been one of the best-received games of 2012, with a well-executed formula based on simple puzzles, difficult decisions, and putting the script above all else, even the gameplay. When The Wolf Among Us began, nine months ago, everything indicated that it would be a clone of The Walking Dead set in the universe of another successful comic, which did not have to be bad a priori.
